I was hoping more would use the message board by now.  Granted we have had some problems getting it running, but I think we got rid of all the bugs.  I hope so.

So get your fingers going and pass on some messages.  We have quite a number of shipmates that have registered.

I'm posting for the first time, but this is the first I've seen the board up.  Great work on the site Phil!

Just found the site so... here goes. Hopefully we all will spread the word via our own circles so we can really do justice...

Take care all,

Smitty

Hi Phil,

Great job on this website. Didn't know this was up and running or would have joined earlier. Got an e-mail from Ed Baker and Wes Moore.

Shipmates I still have pieces of hull from Fox which I got during the scrapping down in Brownsville, Texas several years ago. If you are interested contact me at my e-mail address. I only charge for shipping of course.

This is my first time on this website.  I would like to know if there is anyone out there that remembered my father Eugene Cusick, Seymour, Tennessee.  He joined the Navy in April 1943 and got off the ship in Nov. 1946 in San Diago, Ca.  I have a lot of memories of him remembering his days in the Navy.  He passed away Oct. 10, 1997.  He passed away at the Veterans Hospital in Johnson City, Tn.  Would love to hear from anyone who knew him.
